Refund Policy

At Rhythm Seven Software, we want you to be confident in your purchase. This Refund Policy provides a fifteen (15) day change-of-mind period during which you may request a full refund for any reason, no questions asked. Please read this policy carefully to understand your eligibility and the refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.
  • No Reason Required: Within the fifteen-day change-of-mind period, you may request a refund for any reason. You are not required to provide a justification, and your eligibility is not affected by whether you have activated the license.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Request: Use our Contact Form to submit your refund request. Please include the Order ID from your Stripe receipt, the name used for the purchase, and the email address used for the purchase.
  2. Verification: Our support team will verify your purchase details and confirm that your request is within the fifteen-day change-of-mind period.
  3. Processing: If your request is approved, your refund will be processed through Stripe, and the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. Please note that processing fees charged by Stripe on the original transaction are non-refundable.
  4. Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email from us once the refund has been successfully processed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Beyond Fifteen Days: Refund requests submitted after the fifteen-day change-of-mind period from the date of purchase are not eligible.
  • Trial Versions: Trial versions of our software are offered free of charge and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

Additional Information

  • License Invalidation: Upon approval of a refund, the associated license and activation code will be permanently invalidated in our system. You will no longer be able to use it to activate or run the software.
