1. Welcome to the Team​

We're thrilled to have you as a Platinum Partner. Our goal is to reward you for expanding the Rhythm Seven community. By joining this program, you agree to these guidelines, designed to ensure a fair, transparent, and high-performing partnership for everyone involved.

2. Earnings & Attribution​

  • Coupon-Based Tracking: We prioritize simplicity and robustness. You will be invited to create a unique, customized promotion code upon joining.
  • The Reward: You earn a 30% commission on every successful sale attributed to your code.
  • How it's Calculated: Commissions are based on the Net Subtotal (the final sale price after your discount is applied, excluding taxes and shipping).
  • Direct Attribution: Because we use code-based tracking, you get the credit regardless of browser cookies or previous site visits. If your code is used at checkout, the sale is yours.

3. Payouts & Transparency​

  • The "Peace of Mind" Window: To honor our 15-day "change of mind" policy for customers, commissions are officially approved once this 15-day period has cleared without a refund request.
  • Payment Method (Wise): We process all payouts via Wise to ensure you receive the best exchange rates and lowest fees globally.
    • Note: To minimize transaction costs, we recommend using a Wise Business account. If you reside outside the USA then add a USD sub-account.
  • The Schedule: Payments are batched and issued on the 16th of the month following the month of purchase.
    • Example: All commissions earned in March are paid out on April 16.

4. Quality Guarantee & Refunds​

We stand firmly behind our software. Every license includes our commitment to quality and functionality. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

In the rare event that a customer experiences a significant technical issue we cannot resolve, a refund may be issued. If a sale is refunded, the associated commission will be reversed.

5. Brand Integrity (Promotion Guidelines)​

To protect the Rhythm Seven brand and the efforts of your fellow partners, please adhere to the following:

  • Full Disclosure: Honesty builds trust. Always include a simple disclosure when sharing your code (e.g., "I earn a commission if you purchase using my code"). This keeps you compliant with global advertising standards.
  • Zero Tolerance for Spam: Please do not "hard sell" or spam your code in public forums, comment sections, or communities owned by others. We value organic, value-driven promotion over digital clutter.

6. The Business Relationship​

  • Independent Status: This is a professional partnership, not an employment contract. You operate as an independent contractor and are responsible for your own local tax obligations.
  • Program Evolutions: As we grow, we may update these terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice via your registered email address before any significant changes take effect.
