Events Captured

A Sign Ingresses event occurs when a body's ecliptic longitude (or right ascension in equatorial systems) crosses a sign boundary. Sign boundaries are multiples of 30° on the ecliptic. Sign ingresses can also be produced via the Hotspot Transits Study by populating the Hotspot Degrees table with multiples of 30°, but Sign Ingresses is the dedicated study type.
