Deactivate All Licenses
Deactivate All resets every activation for the selected product across all computers at once, restoring all activation slots. This is a recovery feature for situations where you cannot individually deactivate a license -- for example, if a computer suffered a hardware failure, was lost, or is otherwise inaccessible.
After using Deactivate All, you must reactivate on each computer where you want to continue using the product.
Before You Begin
You need your Registered Name and Activation Code to use this feature. These credentials are available in the purchase confirmation email you received when you bought the product.
The Deactivate All command is available through the License menu only. R7.Activator enables the command when both credential fields contain values and no other operation is in progress. Unlike standard deactivation, the license does not need to be currently activated on this computer.
Deactivate All When Credentials Are Already Loaded
If the license is currently activated on this computer, your credentials are already stored and the fields show masked values. In this case:
- Click the License menu.
- Click Deactivate All.

Deactivate All When Credentials Are Not Loaded
If the license is not activated on this computer, the credential fields are empty and you must enter your credentials first:
- Enter your registered name into the Registered Name field.
- Enter your activation code into the Activation Code field.
- Click the License menu.
- Click Deactivate All.

After Deactivating All
When the operation succeeds, a confirmation dialog displays the message: "All license activations have been deactivated."
- The status banner changes to "Not Activated".
- The credential fields are cleared and become editable.
- The Remaining Activations field is hidden.
- All activation slots are restored and available for use.
You must now reactivate on each computer where you want to continue using the product. Keep your Registered Name and Activation Code accessible, as you will need them for each reactivation.
If the operation fails, an error dialog appears explaining the reason. Verify that your credentials are correct and that your computer is connected to the internet, then try again.
