Save Workspace

The Save Workspace command persists the active workspace to its existing .aquila file. If the workspace has never been saved, you are prompted to choose a file name and location. After a successful save, the Changes-Are-Saved status indicator turns green, confirming that every pending change is on disk.

Save the Workspace​

To save the active workspace:

  1. Click File on the menu bar.
  2. Click Save.
  3. If the workspace has never been saved, type a file name in the file-save dialog and click Save.

tip

You can also save a workspace by clicking the Save button on the toolbar or by pressing Ctrl+S.

To save the workspace under a different name or to a different folder, use Save Workspace As instead.
