Inferior Planetary Cycles Study
The Inferior Planetary Cycles Study generates one event per complete synodic cycle of an inferior planet (Mercury or Venus). Each event captures the cycle's retrograde station, inferior conjunction with the Sun, direct station, superior conjunction with the Sun, and the time periods between every phase.

Create an Inferior Planetary Cycles Study
To add a new Inferior Planetary Cycles Study to the active workspace:
- Click Mundane Studies on the menu bar.
- Click Planetary Cycles, then click Inferior Planetary Cycles in the submenu.
You can also create an Inferior Planetary Cycles Study from the toolbar by clicking the Planetary Cycle Studies drop-down button and selecting Inferior Planetary Cycles.
Events Captured
An Inferior Planetary Cycles event represents one complete synodic cycle of an inferior planet, anchored at the retrograde station. The row contains the cycle's retrograde station, inferior conjunction with the Sun, direct station, superior conjunction with the Sun, and the time durations between each phase up to the next retrograde station.
