Ephemeris Date Range

The date range settings define the time span a study covers and how far apart its records are spaced. Cygnus generates one record at the start date and time, then steps forward by the interval until it reaches the end date.

To set a study's date range:

  1. Enter the study's date range (Start Date, Start Time, End Date).
  2. Set the Interval and Time Unit.

For example, an interval of 1 with the Days time unit generates one record per day, which is the most common choice.

Time Unit​

The Time Unit dropdown sets the unit the interval is measured in:

  • Seconds
  • Minutes
  • Hours
  • Days
  • Months
  • Years
