Aspect Metrics List

The aspect metrics list controls which aspect columns appear in the ephemeris table. It is available on aspect studies only, on the Body & Aspect Metrics tab. Checking a metric adds its column; unchecking removes it.

Selecting Aspect Metrics Individually​

To show or hide an aspect column:

  1. Click the Body & Aspect Metrics tab.
  2. Click the checkbox beside the aspect metric name.

Selecting Aspect Metrics in Bulk​

The right-click context menu acts on the rows you have highlighted. Click a row to highlight it, or hold Ctrl or Shift while clicking to highlight several.

  • To check the highlighted metrics, right-click a highlighted row and select Select.
  • To uncheck the highlighted metrics, right-click a highlighted row and select Deselect.
  • To uncheck every metric in the list, right-click any row and select Clear All.

The checkmark shown in the list's column header is a label only. It does not select or clear metrics.

Available Aspect Metrics​

The list offers three metrics that describe the angular relationship between each inner and outer body pair. Unlike the body metrics, these labels do not change with the reference plane.

  • Cycle Angle
  • Phase
  • Separation
