Find Timeline Event by Date

Once a Timeline Study is loaded, you can jump straight to a period of interest instead of scrolling through a long timeline. A date field and a Find button locate the event nearest a date you choose.

Finding an Event​

To find the timeline event nearest a date:

  1. Enter a date in the Find date field.
  2. Click the Find button.

The timeline event closest to that date is selected and scrolled into view in the timeline table. You can also press Enter in the date field to start the search.
