Selectable Lunar Eclipse Types List

The Selectable Lunar Eclipse Types list appears on every lunar-eclipse-based study (Lunar Eclipses, Lunar Eclipse Hotspots, Lunar Eclipse Activations) and lists the three lunar eclipse types Aquila can detect. The check mark in the column header is decorative; only the row checkboxes can be toggled.

Available Lunar Eclipse Types

Eclipse Type	Description
Total	The Moon passes entirely through Earth's umbral shadow.
Partial	The Moon passes partially through Earth's umbral shadow.
Penumbral	The Moon passes through Earth's penumbral shadow only.

Toggle Lunar Eclipse Type Selection

The checkbox beside each eclipse type controls whether that type is included in event generation.

• Click an eclipse type's checkbox to flip its selected state between checked and unchecked.

Bulk Select Lunar Eclipse Types

To check several eclipse-type rows at once:

1. Click the first eclipse-type row to highlight it.
2. Shift-click or Ctrl-click additional rows to extend the highlight.
3. Right-click any highlighted row and click Select in the context menu.

All highlighted rows are checked.

Bulk Deselect Lunar Eclipse Types

To uncheck several eclipse-type rows at once:

1. Click the first eclipse-type row to highlight it.
2. Shift-click or Ctrl-click additional rows to extend the highlight.
3. Right-click any highlighted row and click Deselect in the context menu.

All highlighted rows are unchecked.
