Selectable Solar Eclipse Types List
The Selectable Solar Eclipse Types list appears on every solar-eclipse-based study (Solar Eclipses, Solar Eclipse Hotspots, Solar Eclipse Activations) and lists the four solar eclipse types Aquila can detect. The check mark in the column header is decorative; only the row checkboxes can be toggled.

Available Solar Eclipse Types
| Eclipse Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Total | The Moon completely covers the Sun's disk along the path of totality. |
| Annular | The Moon's disk is smaller than the Sun's, leaving a "ring of fire" around the Moon. |
| Hybrid | A rare combination that appears total along part of its track and annular along the rest. |
| Partial | The Moon covers only part of the Sun's disk. |
